Specific Duties
This position will provide the Administration services such as system maintenance, technical
troubleshooting, managing roles, and access to the system.

Specific Duties
This position will provide the Administration services such as system maintenance, technical
troubleshooting, managing roles, and access to the system.
- Experience in upgrading all instances when ServiceNow releases updated versions that require preparation, testing, and bug fixes across production and non-production environments.
- Perform all necessary patches and communicate with ServiceNow for technical support
- Performs routine maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification/ remediation
- Manages Instance Security, User/Group Access/Access Control Lists
- Resolve help desk/support tickets
- Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned
- U.S. Citizenship
- Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in ServiceNow systems administration and support
- Experience as a System Administrator in a UNIX environment
- Demonstrated experience with upgrading systems, software migrations, and resolving help desk tickets
- Experience configuring mid-servers
- Strong experience deploying in an Agile Environment.
